Somehow, between hanging with Taylor Swift and executing bastards for Kurt Sutter, Grammy-nominated artist Ed Sheeran found time to embark on a massive international tour in support of his latest album, X. Earlier this year, Sheeran had been selling out theaters and stadiums across the globe, all building up to the biggest shows of his career with a handful of sold-out dates at Wembley Stadium in July. Fans of the young crooner may have been disappointed to miss out, but now the show is coming to them for a limited theatrical run with Jumpers For Goalposts, which combines concert footage, backstage antics, and intimate interviews for an up-close look at an artist on the rise. The concert doc hits select Chicago theaters from October 22 to 26 and The A.V. Club and Fathom Events have a special opportunity for Ed Sheeran fans to win tickets to the screening of their choice. For your chance to win a pair of tickets to the Jumpers For Goalposts screening, simply follow the link here to enter your information and select your screening of choice. Jumpers For Goalposts brings together Ed’s captivating performances from the biggest shows of his career at Wembley Stadium in July 2015, where he wows the 80,000 strong crowd with his biggest hits to date, including “The A Team,” “Sing,” and “Thinking Out Loud”—and there’s even a surprise duet from Sir Elton John. As well as his breathtaking onstage performance, Jumpers For Goalposts is intercut with the story of Ed’s triumphant road to Wembley, presenting a revealing and personal glimpse into life backstage and on the road, along with an honest and intimate reflection by Ed—and those closest to him—on just how far he has come. This special global cinema event is an invitation for Ed’s millions of fans to join him around the world and celebrate what he has achieved so far, before inevitably he moves the goalposts once again.”
