Chicago, see Olivia Wilde and Donald Glover in The Lazarus Effect early and for free

When has the attempted reanimation of a corpse ever ended well? Not quite a zombie movie, The Lazarus Effect explores the negative side-effects of messing with nature. Interestingly, Jiro Dreams Of Sushi director David Gelb steps out of his element here to take his first shot at a feature-length narrative film. Also operating out of their usual wheelhouses are Olivia Wilde, Mark Duplass, and Childish Gambino himself, Donald Glover. The Lazarus Effect opens nationwide on February 27, but The A.V. Club and Relativity have an opportunity for you to see it for free on February 25. For your chance to win a set of passes to the advanced screening, follow the link here and enter your information. Remember, seats are first come, first served, so you’ll want to arrive early. An official trailer and plot synopsis for the film can be found below.
