Chicago, see Owen Wilson and Lake Bell in No Escape early and for free
Though Owen Wilson and Lake Bell often find themselves playing comic relief or good-humored romantic leads, both take a turn for the dramatic with this summer’s No Escape. The two star as well-meaning parents who relocate their young family to Asia and almost immediately get caught in the middle of a dangerous political uprising. Before Wilson can even finish reassuring his kids that everything will be okay, all hell breaks loose and they must fight for their lives, caught in the crossfire between militant rebels and the police. Oh, and Pierce Brosnan is there for some reason. No Escape comes to theaters on August 26, but The A.V. Club and The Weinstein Company have an opportunity for you to see it for free on Monday, August 24.
