Cinematographer Laszlo Kovacs dies

One of Hollywood's most respected directors of photography, Laszlo Kovacs, has died at the age of 74. The Hungary-born cinematographer compiled over 60 credits in his career, including Easy Rider, Five Easy Pieces, Shampoo, and Ghostbusters. Although the latter part of his career was dominated by rom-com dreck like Two Weeks Notice, Miss Congeniality, and My Best Friend's Wedding, Kovacs managed to pull out the documentary Torn From The Flag last year, saving his IMDB profile from embarrassment just before the buzzer.
