The rumors were true, as they so frequently are: OutKast will headline the Friday nights (April 11 and 18) of this year's Coachella Festival. The other top-liners are Muse and Arcade Fire, on the Saturdays and Sundays, respectively. On the undercard, no big surprises or reunions (where are you, Jawbreaker?!), though The Replacements will make it to the West Coast after playing just three shows last year. (And also there's a band called Hot Since 82, which somehow seems notable.) On the "favorites of The A.V. Club" tip: Wye Oak, The Dismemberment Plan, Neko Case, Neutral Milk Hotel.
