Comedy meets activism for Daily Show co-creator Lizz Winstead’s nonprofit

Best known as co-creator and former head writer of The Daily Show, Lizz Winstead is no stranger to politics, and though she left the show long ago, she remains as vigilant as ever. In 2012, Winstead founded Lady Parts Justice League, an organization dedicated to fighting back against legislation that blocks women’s reproductive freedoms. In our interview with Winstead, she spoke about the mission of Lady Parts Justice League and its summer tour, the Vagical Mystery Tour.
