Courtney Love will play a presumably sane, sober preschool teacher in the upcoming final season of Sons Of Anarchy. The Hole frontwoman has signed on for a multi-episode arc in which she’ll play Ms. Harrison, a teacher who Variety says takes a “special interest” in Abel, eldest son of Jax. That could put her at odds with Abel’s mother Wendy, played by series regular Drea De Matteo—though hopefully it won’t somehow trickle down into Love running into the show’s other new musical guest, Marilyn Manson, who’s playing a white supremacist. Still, knowing Kurt Sutter and how the show’s storylines overlap, no promises.
Sons will mark Love’s television drama debut, though she’s starred in several films, including Man On The Moon and The People Vs. Larry Flynt.
