Curb Your Enthusiasm renewed for eighth season
Following a season so good, its finale even nabbed the elusive, nigh-mythical “A+” rating from us, the news that Curb Your Enthusiasm has re-upped for an eighth year is welcome indeed. According to a just-received press release from the network, HBO has ordered 10 more episodes scheduled for debut sometime in 2011, filming of which will begin this summer. There’s no word yet on what sort of storyline will follow last season’s Seinfeld reunion/reconciliation with Cheryl plotline—though given the way he’s only agreed to past seasons when he has a workable idea, we’re pretty sure Larry David has something in mind. Maybe something about making a film with Woody Allen that sounds like a good idea at first, but quickly turns regrettable?
