TBS’ hyper-absurd cop show Angie Tribeca is set to return for a second season on June 6, and Deadline has revealed some of the guest stars who will show up to goof around with stars Rashida Jones, Hayes MacArthur, Deon Cole, and Jagger the dog during those 10 new episodes. For starters, Alfred Molina will be returning to the show, reprising his recurring role as Dr. Edelweiss, and James Franco will make another appearance following a very brief cameo in the first season.
As for newcomers to the world of Angie Tribeca, season two will see guest spots from Heather Graham, Danny Pudi, Ed Begley Jr., Mary McCormack, Maya Rudolph, Eriq La Salle, Busy Philipps, Rhys Darby, Kevin Pollak, Joe Jonas, and New Kid On The Block Joey McIntyre. Also, Deadline says that there are “several other big-name guest stars” who will show up, but apparently they’re so big-name that they’re being kept secret or saved for future announcements. Hopefully at least one of them is a celebrity dog.
