Lately, the Good Place cast has been making it clear that their super-good show is also super-fun to make, with Jameela Jamil posting some behind-the-scenes videos a few days ago of her and the rest of the cast trying to teach Ted Danson how to dance, but D’Arcy Carden showed everybody how it’s done with a series of behind-the-scenes clips on her Instagram showing the making of her badass bar fight from the show’s most recent episode. In the scene, the good guys have been surrounded by demons who are looking to take them back to the Bad Place, but the fact that Carden’s Janet knows everything means that she’s also really good at fighting (the same conceit used in Robert Downey Jr.’s Sherlock Holmes movie and Dan Harmon’s Heat Vision And Jack pilot). This sets up an extended bar fight sequence where Janet basically kicks everybody’s ass with a smile on her face, including some creative use of a billiards rack.
