Though recent and upcoming movie roles in Anaconda III and Piranha 3DD (get it? Like boobies) would seem to suggest otherwise, David Hasselhoff is in demand for more than ironic cameo roles in horror sequels about oversized amphibians and reptiles. In fact, TV Guide is reporting that FX has recruited the former Baywatch and Knight Rider icon to play an ex-porn star and debauched XXX producer on the upcoming season of Sons Of Anarchy.
No word yet on how many episodes Hasselhoff will appear in, but we do know that America’s favorite late-night burger spokesman will portray Dondo, a massively endowed one-time adult-film star now making his living behind the scenes of racy girl-on-girl flicks. We can also expect that Dondo will get involved in some kind of dangerous motorbike-club business on behalf of late porn entrepreneuress Luann, who helped kickstart his career in raunch. This is, in fact, a fitting 360 for the ‘Hoff’s own acting resume, seeing as one of his notable early on-screen roles was in soft-core teen nudie romp Revenge of the Cheerleaders.
