The prematurely cancelled cult favorite Showtime series Dead Like Me—about a group of grim reapers trying to hold down ordinary lives among the living—is returning as a straight-to-DVD movie to be directed by Stephen Herek (Rock Star, Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure). No word yet on whether or not the original cast will reunite for the film, though we wish them good luck in getting Mandy Patinkin.
