Freshly free of the “1979” it was forced to bolt onto the back of its name oh so many years ago, Canadian dance punk outfit Death From Above has announced it has a new album coming out next month. Outrage! will arrive on Sept. 8, with a new single and details on a North American tour arriving today.
You can hear the rough-sounding, aggressively dirty new track, “Never Swim Alone” (the album’s second single, after “Freeze Me”) above, along with a video that was apparently shot on a smartphone camera. Meanwhile, the new tour dates are available right here:
