We hope you didn't have any plans to cast Johnny Depp in your movie because it looks like he's going to be busy for a while. Variety reports that Depp will be back as Jack Sparrow in yet another Pirates Of The Caribbean movie. Also, he'll play the Mad Hatter in Tim Burton's not-quite-live-action-not-quite-animated adaptation of Alice In Wonderland. And Tonto. He'll also be Tonto.
The announcements were part of a Disney event that also unveiled plans to move Cars 2 up in the schedule to 2011 and to make a third National Treasure movie.
