Derek Waters has nothing to do with Drunk History’s many international iterations

The new season of Drunk History premieres next week with a guest roster that includes Tiffany Haddish, Evan Rachel Wood, and Mandy Moore. From its humble beginnings as a popular web series, the Emmy-nominated show has literally grown into an international phenomenon, with Comedy Central’s sister channels in Britain, Hungary, and Brazil all creating their own versions of the show. For creator Derek Waters, he’s flattered, but isn’t concerned with the copies.
