The former personal chef of Sean “Diddy” Combs has sued the rapper and entertainment mogul, claiming she was served a platter of Diddy junk. In a lawsuit filed in the Superior Court of the State of California on Monday, Cindy Rueda claims that while being employed as Combs’ personal chef, she was subjected to sexual harassment.
In one instance, she was summoned to Combs’ bedroom and asked to cook a “post-coital meal,” at which point, Rueda claims Combs asked if she was attracted by his naked body. Rueda also said that while in the kitchen preparing a meal, another male house guest of Combs had done the same, approaching Rueda and “asked her and look at and admire his genitals.”
Rueda was employed as Combs’ personal chef for 16 months between 2015 and 2016, during which point she said she was paid $150 a day, worked from 9 a.m. to as late as 2:30 a.m., and was forced to travel with Combs without receiving additional compensation. She was fired in May 2016 after being accused of stealing a watch, but in the lawsuit, said that the incident was contrived by Diddy’s staff as a reason to terminate her. A Combs spokesperson told Variety: “This is a frivolous lawsuit by a disgruntled ex-employee who was fired for cause.”
