Dolly Parton is holding a telethon for Tennessee fire victims

Last week, country music legend Dolly Parton announced that she was organizing a fund to help victims and survivors of the Tennessee wildfires, which have killed at least 14 people in the Great Smoky Mountain region. Now, Parton has announced how she’ll be raising the money: a good old-fashioned telethon.

According to Billboard, Parton will be hosting the event on December 13. Parton hasn’t announced a list of fellow performers yet—although if anybody can bring in big names from throughout the country world, it’d be her—but did note that 100 percent of the proceeds will go to families in eastern Tennessee trying to recover from the fires. Donations can be made at the Dollywood Foundation’s web site.
