The little orange ears of Donald Trump will probably never recover from the shock they suffered upon hearing Jay Z’s music. You see, Jay Z performed a number of his songs at a concert for Hillary Clinton Friday, including “Run This Town” and “Jigga My N—-a.” During his time on stage he decided not to do the Kidz Bop version of these tracks and indeed said “fuck” and the n-word.
Despite being a man who once talked about grabbing women by the pussies, the Republican presidential candidate denounced the rapper for crassness. Trump said, per CNN: “[Jay Z] used language last night that was so bad and then Hillary said, ‘I did not like Donald Trump’s lewd language.’ My lewd language. I tell you what, I’ve never said what he said in my life.” Trump has, as CNN notes, said variations of “fuck” in public, and talked about bombing “the shit” out of ISIS. (There has also been a rumor that footage exists of Trump using the n-word, but that has not surfaced.) Trump’s surrogates have also been fighting this battle for him. On CNN Scottie Nell Hughes tried to criticize a Jay Z video by saying that it starts with “a crowd throwing mazel tov cocktails at the police.” Pretty sure she meant “molotov cocktails” there.
We also must remind you that Jay Z is not, like Trump, running for president.
