As reported by starpulse.com, David Duchovny has confirmed that he and Gillian Anderson have signed on to play Mulder and Scully in an upcoming motion-picture sequel to the TV series and film The X-Files. Creator Chris Carter is co-writing the script. Adds Duchovny, "We've forgotten why we hate one another and can only remember why we love one another and we're very happy to go back."
This better not mean Duchovny's giving up his great comedy career…
