Two of last year’s most acclaimed art-films top-line this week’s list: Claire Denis’ surprisingly gripping drama White Material (featuring a terrific lead performance by Isabelle Huppert as a coffee-plantation owner who fails to grasp the magnitude of the civil war going on outside her gates) and Jeff Malmberg’s haunting documentary Marwencol (featuring one brain-damaged artist’s scale-model WWII-era utopia). Also this week, Tracy & Hepburn: The Definitive Collection includes the DVD debut of the non-classic (but still entertaining) Keeper Of The Flame and Sea Of Grass.
