It’s a mixed bag on this week’s list, though your faithful lister is looking forward to digging into the offerings from Criterion, especially Insignificance, a wiggy Nicolas Roeg adaptation of Terry Johnson’s play about a meeting between Albert Einstein, Marilyn Monroe, Joe DiMaggio and Joe McCarthy. (It blew my mind back in high school, though now I mainly think of it as a partial inspiration for Big Audio Dynamite’s song “E=MC2.”)
