A pair of acclaimed movies top-line the List this week, and both are about coping with loss, thought they take different approaches. In one corner: the somber art-house effort Ballast; in the other, the Pixar smash Up. Both of them will depress you to some degree, but one also has action sequences and comic relief. Choose wisely. Also out this week: the documentary Robsessed, about Rob Pattinson, which we mention only because we were told this past week that any time you mention Pattinson on-line, you get more hits.
