Proving that there is a limit to the wretchedness audiences will endure, the spectacle of horrible singing, clowns, bouncy yoga ball thingies, and fake guitars that is the Bob Dylan-inspired musical The Times They Are A-Changin' will end early on Nov. 19. Read the Associated Press story here. It did get some good reviews, sort of, but for the most part people hated it, and here's why. (Don't look directly at it, and stay away from all sharp objects for at least two hours after watching it.)
Tickets for the final show run from $72 to $252. Shouldn't there be a "rubbernecker" discount?
