Eliot Spitzer to co-host CNN talk show

Disgraced former New York governor Eliot Spitzer, whose dalliance with a prostitution ring continues to be the best possible career move he ever could have made, has been given a CNN debate show opposite Washington Post conservative columnist Kathleen Parker. Parker is most famous for urging an “out of her league” Sarah Palin to step down as John McCain’s running mate and for taking home a Pulitzer Prize this year thanks to her “perceptive, often witty columns on an array of political and moral issues,” like the one in 2008 where she wondered whether the reason Obama didn’t “get” America is because his blood had too much African in it. Spitzer and Parker (we hardly know her!) are going to “host a dynamic exchange of opinions and analyses—their own, and those of their guests and regular contributors—on the most important, compelling and amusing stories of the day." The sexual tension will be palpable.
