Empire Strikes Back set photos show Luke, Yoda hanging out with Kermit, Miss Piggy

There’s not much else that needs to be said, really. When The Empire Strikes Back came out in 1980, The Muppet Show was nearing the end of its five-year run. Frank Oz, the puppeteer behind Muppets like Miss Piggy and Fozzie Bear, was also performing and providing the voice for Jedi Master Yoda, and it appears that he invited some of his friends to the set. A couple of the photos in this collection have surfaced before, including the full-color image featuring Miss Piggy batting her bedroom eyes at Mark Hamill.
