Evel Knievel sues Kanye West
You'd think these two could find some badass way to settle a dispute, but instead they're in federal court: Evel Knievel has filed a lawsuit alleging Kanye West used his image without permission in the video for "Touch The Sky," the St. Petersburg Times reports. The video shows Kanye—ahem, "Evel Kanyevel"—wearing a getup that resembles Knievel's trademark stunt suit and attempting a ridiculous jump across a canyon in a rocket, after Pamela Anderson pleads with him not to do it. Oh, and there's a really dumb interlude that probably explains Knievel's complaints that the video is sexually and racially charged.
