Last Friday, The A.V. Club premiered the new single from Shoegazing Toronto band Elsa. Today, we’re pleased to debut the group’s entire new EP. The Never Come Down stream, below, is a shimmering blast of dream-pop and is out March 31 on One Big Silence, the label run by Fucked Up’s Mike Haliechuk.
