It wasn't enough that My Chemical Romance's Gerard Way wrote a comic book–which, oddly enough, ain't half bad–but brace yourself, True Believers, for this: Fall Out Boy, aptly enough, is also hopping on the emo-comic short bus. FOB's drummer Andy Hurley and bassist Pete Wentz are heading up the project with The Dabel Brothers, known for their adaptations of George R.R. Martin's The Hedge Knight and other fantasy fare. The two issues of the Fall Out Boy comic are slated for the end of 2008.
A Dabel spokesman also hinted that there were more music-related comics on the horizon for the company. May we humbly suggest:
