A blog at tampabay.com picks up on the progress of Ferris Bueller 2: Another Day Off, reportedly still in the script-shopping phase. It's not clear whether this actually has any hope of being made–the writer doesn't even seem to have an IMDB entry–but it's amusing to speculate. The script catches up with Bueller on his 40th birthday, after he's built a self-help business out of the carefree philosophy that did such wonders for his pal Cameron. (Via Pop Candy.)
