Gotham (Fox, 8 p.m.): Gotham’s first season comes to a close tonight, promising a face-off of its major players, including Fish Mooney, Maroni, and the Penguin. Meanwhile, little Bruce is wandering aimlessly through Wayne Manor looking for clues left behind by his dead dad. The most important part of all this is the fact that Fish Mooney is back, y’all! Which means Jada Pinkett Smith is back, and her entrance is guaranteed to be fabulous…as well as her exit, which will presumably happen in the finale since Pinkett Smith isn’t returning for the show’s second season. But let’s not dwell on that too much. For now, let’s just enjoy Fish and hope she doesn’t stab out her new eye.

Jane The Virgin (The CW, 9 p.m.): Jane is going to a high school reunion and is not looking forward to it one bit, because there are few social activities worse than high school reunions. Plus, have you heard how long the previouslies are getting on Jane The Virgin?! Can you imagine having to summarize all that in the form of small talk with people you only barely know anymore? Poor Jane.
David Letterman: A Life On Television (CBS, 9:30 p.m.): Ray Romano hosts a retrospective of Letterman’s career from weatherman to retiree.

The Voice (NBC, 8 p.m.): It’s time for the top six on The Voice. It’s also time for Christina Aguilera to drop a new album, but that’s an entirely separate issue. (She claims it’s coming though.)
The Following (Fox, 9 p.m.): “Recent events send Ryan on a downward spiral.” Wait, hasn’t Ryan’s entire life been a downward spiral?
The Originals (The CW, 8 p.m.): History repeats itself for the umpteenth time on The Originals, as Klaus seeks revenge against his own siblings after their betrayal. Klaus booboo, why do you ever trust your siblings? They do this all the time. And siblings, why do you always expect to get away for crossing him? He’ll always find out, and he’ll always swear revenge. Sure, every family has their “thing,” but this is getting out of control!
The Night Shift (NBC, 10 p.m.): Things are getting weird on The Night Shift tonight thanks to a full moon.
Dreamgirls (HBO, 4:15 p.m.): Last week on American Idol, the immensely talented 16-year-old Tyanna Jones was voted off, and as crazy as it is that she won’t have a shot at this year’s title, getting fifth place on Idol is hardly a career death sentence. Jennifer Hudson, in fact, came in seventh place, and look at her now! She has an Academy Award for her performance in Dreamgirls and a recurring role on Empire. Did we include Dreamgirls in this What’s On Tonight solely so we could talk about the injustice of Jones’s elimination from Idol? Yes, definitely. But it is on tonight.
Non-Stop (HBO, 7 p.m.): Sure, HBO. Non-Stop seems like the perfect follow-up to Dreamgirls on a Monday evening. If you’re not sold on Non-Stop, just let Jordan Peele and Keegan-Michael Key persuade you.
