Hostile Planet (National Geographic, 9 p.m.): Today is Earth Day, and what better way celebrate than to enter the world’s most diverse animal habitat? Tonight, NatGeo’s six-part documentary series Hostile Planet will enter the most extreme jungles of the world, and explore how deforestation and climate change have made life in these habitats difficult for their inhabitants.
