Joss Whedon's beleaguered upcoming series Dollhouse has a time slot! On Friday nights! Oh, that's not good is it? Well, it could be. Fox has paired it with the simpatico, if ratings challenged, Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, thus creating a science fiction programming block. And while Friday isn't always a hot night for ratings–Whedon's Firefly could serve as Exhibit A–it could work. A show called Battlestar Galactica certainly attracted a following on Fridays. So maybe Whedon fans shouldn't hit the panic button. Yet.
