As heralded by the arrival of a trumpet-blaring Christian Slater on winged horseback, Fox has all but killed off Running Wilde, officially pulling all upcoming original episodes from its schedule. In place of new installments of the Mitchell Hurwitz and Will Arnett-created series scheduled for December 19 and 26, Fox will instead run repeats of The Simpsons and The Cleveland Show, while an extra hour of Glee will take over its spot on December 28. The network has promised that the five remaining original episodes will eventually turn up somewhere. Besides Will Arnett’s DVD collection, presumably.
