Lucifer just took its midseason bow on Fox, leaving fans to wait until May before learning the fate of [REDACTED]. But however this second season turns out, Joe Henderson & Co. already have an additional 22 opportunities to earn some sympathy for the Devil. Variety reports that Fox has just renewed Lucifer for a third season of fast cars and piano bars. Fox Broadcasting entertainment president David Madden boasted that “Lucifer is one of those rare shows that starts strong out of the gate, and just keeps getting better and better,” which should please series leads Tom Ellis and Lauren German.
