Freaks & Geeks maestros Paul Feig and Judd Apatow reteam for Kristin Wiig wedding comedy

The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that Freaks & Geeks creator Paul Feig and producer/writer/director Judd Apatow are re-teaming for an upcoming Kristin Wiig comedy. Feig will direct and Apatow will produce through his Apatow Productions banner from a script by Annie Mumalo. The film will chronicle the hilarious misadventures of two friends battling to throw a pal's wedding party. Sounds fucking terrible, doesn't it? It also sounds like the premise for the 2009 abomination Bride Wars. Nevertheless we have faith in these these men so we remain, as always, cautiously optimistic.
