Good news for fans of no-nonsense Southern cops and dialogue that’s 90-percent barely suppressed rage: FX has renewed Justified for a second season, giving us at least another year of Timothy Olyphant kicking ass while occasionally wearing a cowboy hat. And even though it sort of sounds like we’re making fun of the show, we’re not: Timothy Olyphant kicking ass while occasionally wearing a cowboy hat, mixed with dialogue that always sounds like it’s a prelude to a fistfight or impromptu gun battle, is a recipe for awesome.
