HBO has released a new promo for Game Of Thrones season six that teases all the death and destruction that usually awaits the players, as well as the end of the line for one in particular. In previous trailers, Cersei made it clear that she’ll move forward on a violence platform, while Tyrion reminded a contestant new to the “great game” that it is a frightening and perilous one. Now we see the return of Drogon (thereby delivering the “D” in the “T&D” Ian McShane is unafraid of spoiling) as well as that of Brienne Of Tarth and, oh yeah, Reek. The High Sparrow shares his belief that everyone’s a sinful creature who deserves death (though some sooner than later), and Faceless Man Jaqen H’ghar closes out the preview with the prediction that “one way or another, a face will be added to the hall” (maybe it’s this one?).
Game Of Thrones season six premieres April 24.
