Get Involved, Internet: A Tony Danza-inspired performance-art project now exists, and it wants your money

After several viewings of the Kickstarter video for Danza Did It, I am still not quite sure how serious its creators are. Is it just a goof on the very idea of television actor Tony Danza? (That would be legitimate enough.) Or is it a jumping-off point for a broader discussion about the fleeting nature of fame? If the concept intrigues you, you can vote with your wallet over at the Kickstarter page, which also includes a lengthy explanation of the project. So far, it's collected a mere $6 of a stated $2100 goal, but there's plenty of time to convince the world that a study of Danza is worth their time and cash.
