Gilmore Girls’ Lauren Graham to star in Fox comedy pilot, recur on Curb Your Enthusiasm

According to Deadline, Lauren Graham is moving to a pair of new TV gigs now that she can finally leave Stars Hollow behind, and they both should be fairly exciting for Lauren Graham fans. The first is the Fox comedy pilot Linda From HR, in which Graham as been cast as the eponymous lead character. She’ll be Linda Plugh, a woman whose “monotonous, unfulfilled life” is put into an “exciting but dangerous tailspin” because of some “secret that could unravel everything.” We’re not sure what most of that means, but it does sound exciting and dangerous.

Graham’s other new TV job is on HBO, with the same Deadline report saying that she’ll have a recurring role on the upcoming season of Curb Your Enthusiasm. We don’t know anything about who she’ll be playing, though, which means she might even be playing some version of herself the way that Ted Danson and Mary Steenburgen do.

The new season of Curb Your Enthusiasm will premiere at some point later this year.
