Good intentions can’t save A Wrinkle In Time from its universe of missteps

Dowd and staff critic Ignatiy Vishnevetsky are back with another edition of Film Club, this time discussing A Wrinkle In Time, the latest adaptation of Madeleine L’Engle’s beloved YA novel. Directed by Selma and 13th’s Ava DuVernay, A Wrinkle In Time is ambitious and well-intentioned, but stumbles hard in its execution.
