A lot of shows are about people who work in bars or constantly spend time in bars, but it’s 2017 and nobody drinks alcohol anymore. These days, it’s all about legalized pot, and this trailer for Chuck Lorre and David Javerbaum’s Netflix show Disjointed dives right into this crazy world full of smoking drugs, eating drugs baked into snack foods, laughing about doing drugs. The show stars Katy Bates as the owner of a California marijuana dispensary who works alongside her son and a guy who the YouTube description bills as a “very troubled security guard.” The show looks very much like Chuck Lorre’s other shows, but since it’s on Netflix they can cuss and smoke weed.
Disjointed premieres on Netflix on August 25.
