Guns N' Roses announce Las Vegas residency, helping Axl Rose continue on his bloated path to excess

Guns N’ Roses have announced a 12-day residency in Las Vegas. Appetite For Democracy will take over The Joint, a club inside the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino starting on Halloween.

According to a press release, the band will be performing “a set list created exclusively for The Joint” spanning the band’s entire career and “unlike any show the band has ever done before or will ever do again”—which could mean just about anything. Will the band kick out a young, unsuspecting guitarist every single night? Will each show include a long, very specific rant about Slash by a puffy, Elvis-esque Axl Rose? Will there be special guests, like Rose’s close, personal friend Lana Del Rey? Only time will tell.

Tickets go on sale Friday, Aug. 17, and start at $45.
