Michael Jackson might have died in 2009, but in recent years his catalog of music and film material has been given fresh life. In 2010 alone, the Jackson estate grossed than a $1 billion, and Sony—which paid $250 million for the rights to Jackson's old songs and new, unreleased material—is looking to cash in for years to come. That is, unless the company is thwarted by bootleggers: According to the BBC, hackers broke into Sony's website and took an undisclosed number of files, including unreleased material.
