Guilt (Freeform, 9 p.m.): Freeform’s new series Guilt has chosen to title an episode “A Simple Plan,” which means your friendly neighborhood What’s On Tonight contributor finally gets a chance to post this music video:
That feels appropriate for the series, right? Guilt is about a girl who “becomes the prime suspect in her roommate Molly’s murder,” after all. “How could this happen to her?” indeed. As for the episode itself: “Crown prosecutor Gwendolyn puts the pressure on Luc to give up Grace, while Grace and Roz come up with a plan to plant evidence on a likely suspect.” And that’s how we get the episode title, despite any true ties to pop punk.
Rizzoli & Isles (TNT, 9 p.m.): One-hundred episodes of Rizzoli & Isles is kind of a big deal, now isn’t it? (It kind of is.) While we’re sure plenty of you are still mourning the fact that you never got the epic bro spectacular that would have been 100 episodes of Franklin and/or Bash, we know just as many moms are proud that TNT’s totally platonic lady friends have made it to the 100 episode-mountain top. Angie Harmon takes the directorial reins in this milestone episode, as “Jane goes undercover in a county jail to draw out the killer of a brutal murder.” You know, little Rizzoli things.

Premieres and finales
Best Friends Whenever (Disney Channel, 8 p.m.): Your kids probably watch this, so they should know it’s back for its second season. In “Princess Problems,” “Cyd and Shelby discover a princess named Daisy from the 16th century has come through a time rift and she is in their school!” Ah, childhood memories.
Dam Sharks (Syfy, 9 p.m.): Shark Week may be over and done with, but that was trash anyway. Educational programming about sharks? Get out of here. Instead, Syfy has Sharknado Week (“Bloody Awesome!”), and it features the new “original” movie, Dam Sharks. “Sharks in a dam. The worst.” This is literally the synopsis that the Syfy site provides. IMDB is a little better—“Voracious sharks use human bodies to build dams”—but at the same time, that’s just an awful, awful visual. This is what the Sharknado franchise has wrought.
My Baby’s Head Keeps Growing (TLC, 9 p.m.): Eesh.
