Happy Endings now streaming on Hulu, is still canceled
In the most amahhhzing news to come in 2016 so far, Happy Endings is now available for streaming on Hulu. Remember back in 2015 when the writers for the canceled ABC comedy were ominously counting down something huge? Well, that turned out to be nothing but an April Fool’s joke, but this time, nobody’s fooling around. All three seasons are really, truly on Hulu now for your binging pleasure.
Happy Endings, David Caspe’s cult sitcom about a lovingly dysfunctional friend group in Chicago, stars Eliza Coupe, Elisha Cuthbert, Adam Pally, Casey Wilson, Zachary Knighton, and Damon Wayans, Jr. It debuted in 2011, but low ratings made ABC make a horrible decision—in fact, Vulture once deemed it one of the worst television decisions of 2013—and moved the show to a tricky time slot that pretty much guaranteed its demise. Rumors of a continuation have persisted over the years, mostly brought on by that stupid countdown clock. But they’ve always remained just empty rumors. Now, at least, we can all relive all the draaaaaama, drunk ribs, and sah cute moments of the dearly missed series on Hulu.
