Michel Gondry–who's upcoming Be Kind Rewind looks pretty swell–is still in the planning stages of his Blondie biopic, but Spinner confirms that Deborah Harry has given her blessing to Gondry's casting decision of Kirsten Dunst as the lead. Says Harry, "[Dunst] is a really sweet person. I've met her a couple times and hung out with her socially… She's probably capable of a lot of things she hasn't been asked to do yet, and doing something that's sort of left of center would be great for her."
