Max gives viewers a taste of White Lotus, Last Of Us, and A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms
It’s the end of the road for the latest season of House Of The Dragon, but Max isn’t done yet. Unless Warner Bros. Discovery decides to shelve its upcoming slate for tax purposes, the media conglomerate has released a sizzle reel of first looks at its upcoming shows.
In less than two minutes, Max delivers clips of nearly all its upcoming prequels, sequels, spin-offs, and adaptations, including The Batman spin-off The Penguin, the Dune prequel Dune: Prophecy, the Game Of Thrones prequel A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms, and the It prequel It: Welcome To Derry. Elsewhere, they revealed early glimpses of the new seasons of The White Lotus, The Last Of Us, Harley Quinn, My Brilliant Friend, Industry, The Gilded Age, Sex Lives Of College Girls, and And Just Like That. Additionally, Max promises some new documentaries, like Chimp Crazy and Wise Guy David Chase And The Sopranos.
As for new shows, the streamer has a superhero movie parody called The Franchise. Max also has a new J.J. Abrams-Josh Holloway joint entitled Duster. Finally, burying the lede on all of this, Noah Wyle makes his return to the emergency room on The Pitt.
Of course, the next season of House Of The Dragon is not featured in any of this. It looks like we’ll be waiting a few years to find out if Daemon Targaryen ever leaves Harrenhal—that is if he doesn’t get off that rock by the end of the evening.
