HBO’s Barry, the thrilling, tragicomic story of a crack assassin-turned-shitty actor, has been renewed for a third season, Variety reports.

Barry’s second season dropped a few weeks ago, and it’s first two episodes have served not only as a showcase for star Bill Hader, but also for players like John Pirruccello’s tortured Loach and Anthony Carrigan’s NoHo Hank, who’s been revealed to be a lot more dangerous than the actor’s zany turn initially suggested. Still, Barry remains at the center of the season, which promises to dig deeper into the character’s own murderous impulses.

We’ll get a release date, one imagines, after the second season wraps its eight-episode run in May.
