Perhaps desperate to find prove it’s as cool as Elon Musk’s SpaceX program, NASA is now in the business of creating GIFs. And while that sounds a little silly on paper, the GIFs themselves are so gorgeous it’s hard to fault the National Aeronautics And Space Administration for trying. NASA’s GIPHY page includes everything from images of planets to space launches to control center celebrations.
Some of the GIFs are a reminder of just how weird it is to live in space.
