Zack Snyder and Christoper Nolan have selected your new Superman, settling on The Tudors star Henry Cavill as the next defender of truth, justice, and the American way. Although, Cavill is a British person, so that last item on his shed-youl will be treated with a certain level of irony and barely masked disdain. Cavill won the part after making an impression on Nolan during his failed Batman auditions and then submitting to several screen tests, at which he proved that he not only has muscles and dark hair, but better muscles and dark hair than True Blood’s Joe Manganiello.
